Insurance
We have chosen to operate as a private pay practice for the following reasons:

By not submitting claims to insurance, we can protect your privacy and focus on your best interests without being limited by diagnostic criteria or insurance coverage.

Insurance companies often dictate the length of treatment, which may not align with your needs. As a private pay provider, we can focus on what you need rather than what insurance dictates.
Payment
​We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You may also use HSA funds or flex spending plans to pay for your services. It is your responsibility to check on these options, and all payments are due at the time of the session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform your counselor at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price of your session.
